Valentine's Day Nails/DIY: How to apply Acrylic to my own nails/UV GEL // L O V E L A D Y L U X E//
HI Luxe Fam,
Thought I would share with you how I do my own acrylic nails. Its been around 2 years since I have done an acrylic application on myself and I was definitely a little rusty. I was still very happy with the result and the heart design in bright colours was so easy and fun, perfect for Valentine's Day.
I wasn't in a chatty mood, so a silent one was in order . .

I have to admit that the application was a bit messy, but the end result was beautiful! Was it hard for you to remove all of that hair dye from your skin??
yeah it was my first time apply to my whole head,so expected to be messy- honestly I dont think it really mattered that I was messy. I had no issues removing it with isopropyl alcohol.

I've always seen people starting at the roots; is there a specific reason why you prefer starting at the ends? For me, I would've liked the purple section to be just a bit bigger, but it came out looking beautiful!
Because it felt more comfortable going from the ends to the roots, I feel I have more control. No one else has the feel the same about it. You're welcome to make your purple section on your own hair bigger, I loved how I did mine, no one else opinion is in consideration, especially not of my choices.Thank you, it did come out very beautifully.

Was that conditioner you added to it (the Tresemme)? I'm thinking of getting Arctic Fox... do I need to mix the colours with conditioner before I apply it?
Hi Niamh, you only add conditioner if you want to dilute the colour. if you're happy with the colour as is when it comes out of the bottle then you don't need to add anything, you just put is straight on

Haha actually they are but you need both dental assisting and receptionists experience. They are actually the best company i have work for, but oh boy do you earn those 5 weeks.
